Everything we sell is made or finished in our own facility — which is why we can promise sampling in 3–5 days and hold tolerances others outsource away.

Design & Digitising
Your artwork enters our studio and leaves as a production-ready file — jacquard weave programs, print separations or embroidery stitch maps — with a digital proof back to you within 24 hours.

Material Preparation
Yarns are dyed to your Pantone references, boards are conditioned, and every input lot is checked against specification before it touches a machine.

Production
High-speed jacquard looms, rotary and screen print lines, multi-head embroidery and foil presses run your order with inline registration and colour checks at every shift.

Finishing
Laser and ultrasonic cutting, precision folding, foil stamping, embossing, eyeletting and stringing — the details that separate a label from a luxury object.

Inspection & Dispatch
100% visual inspection, count verification, wash-fastness sampling and export-grade packing — with a QC report available for every shipment.
